Using My-Own-Email Web Base Email Service
Web-Based email is advanced and FEATURE RICH INTERNET BASED EMAIL program that allows anyone to check and manage their email account from any web browser that is connected to the Internet.
Please take a look at some screen shots for logging into your account, sending and receiving emails.
Step 1) Log into your account in three quick steps:
One: Point your browser to https://email.secureserver.net/login.php
Two: Type in your user name (i.e., email address) and password.
Three: Click "Log In Now." |

Step 2) The Web-Based Email user interface consists of three main areas:
One: The left-side column, which lists all mail folders and subfolders.
Two:
The control panel, which provides access to the main program features.
Three: The main window, which displays the mailbox content, as well as the user interfaces for the various program features.

Step 3) Reading Your Email
To open an email message, click on the "From" or "Subject" line of that message. Once open, you can read, reply to, delete, move, forward, forward as attachment, blacklist, whitelist, mark as spam, and reply to the message by selecting the appropriate option in the message window. |

Step 4) Replying to an Email
To reply to a message, click "Reply To" in the message window. This will launch the "Compose" window." Type in your reply and hit "Send Mail." To reply to all addressees listed in the incoming message header, select "Reply to All." |

Step 5) Creating a New Email; Sending
To create an email message, select "Compose" from the Web-Based Email menu. In the "Compose New Email" window, enter in the appropriate fields the recipient's email address, the message subject, message body, and — if applicable — add file attachments. Click "Send Mail" to send the completed message. |

Step 6) Managing Your Email Address Book
Use the Web-Based Email Address Book to store frequently used addresses and information about the addressees listed.
To send an email message to someone in your address book, select "Addresses" from the Web-Based Email main menu or from the "Compose" window; then use the alphabetic index or the search function to find the address. |

Web-Based Email Options
The "Options" menu allows you to customize the appearance and features of your Web-Based Email account. By utilizing the "Options" menu the program can be tailored to suit your personal preferences.
Personal Information: In this section you can submit and edit your personal information and user preferences, including name and email address
Message Highlighting: Highlight selected incoming messages by defining identifying criteria and background display color. That way, selected messages will stand out in the message index.
Spam Settings: Detect and redirect bulk mail (spam) by activating or deactivating the Spam Xploder spam-filtering feature. As well, use this feature to review and manage your personal black- and whitelists.
Display Preferences: In this section you can customize Web-Based Email's appearance and change certain mailbox and address-book settings.
Folder Preferences: The "Folder Preferences" menu allows you to manipulate the way your Web-Based Email folders appear by customizing the display settings.
Signatures: Use this option to compose and, if applicable, set the program to automatically insert a signature on outgoing messages.
Passwords: This option allows you to change your Web-Based Email password.
Message Filters Route incoming messages into selected Web-Based Email folders by defining filtering criteria. To set up your message filters, define the message-filtering standards and the file destinations in the "Message Filtering" window. You can redirect incoming messages to any folder on your folder list.
Remote Email: This option allows you to download email from a remote POP3, IMAP or Hotmail mailbox to your Web-Based Email account. Enter in the appropriate fields the type, server name, user name, and password.
