The information below will explain how to use the program and how to take advantage of its many features. The help system walks you through every aspect of the program, covering such basic functions as reading and composing email messages, as well as advanced setup features, including customizable interface layout and message highlighting. The help system also zooms in on the program's cutting-edge Spam Xploder spam filter.
The Web-Based Email help system encompasses all aspects of the program. To navigate the help system use the links in the "Table of Contents" section at the top of the help window.
To sign in, type in your email address and password; then click "Log In Now." To sign out, click "Log Off" in the Web-Based Email menu bar.
Please note that Web-Based Email will automatically log you out if left idle for 60 minutes. This is an extra security measure to protect your sensitive information. To resume your work, just log back in to the system using your user name and password. A break in your Internet connection will also cause Web-Based Email to terminate the session. You can change the inactivity timeout setting in the "Display Preferences" menu.
