In this section you can customize Web-Based Email's appearance and change certain mailbox and address-book settings.
Specific interface options are listed below:

Time zone
Pick an appropriate location, and Web-Based Email will implement the applicable time zone.

Numeric Date Format
Select a format used to display dates. Web-Based Email will implement the applicable date format.

Inactivity timeout
Indicate when you want Web-Based Email to automatically terminate the session and log you out.

Show "logged in as"
Check this option if you want Web-Based Email to display your login name in the program window.

Folder width
Set the folder width to " Normal," "Wide" or "Extra Wide."

View message font size
Select the font size used in Web-Based Email message. The options are "Small," "Medium" and "Large."

View after action
Select either "Action, then Message Index" or "Action, then Next Message."

Put people I reply to in address book
Checking this option will automatically add addressees you reply to your Web-Based Email address book.

Use pop-up compose
If this option is selected the "Compose" window will be displayed in a pop-up window.

Use HTML compose
This option makes the HTML Editor the default setting for the "Compose" window. Note that the HTML Editor is only available when using Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.

Auto-complete
Select which entries (nicknames and/or email addresses), if any, you want Web-Based Email to automatically complete.

Always spell-check before send
Indicate whether you want the program to automatically check the spelling before sending a message.

Copy to Sent Items when sending mail
Indicate your preference: "Always," "Prompt Me" or "Never."

Turn ON scheduled email delivery
This lets you send an email at a scheduled time and date in the future and display in the Compose Email window.

Default delay for scheduled email delivery
Available if Scheduled Delivery is turned on, this option establishes a default delay period for all scheduled email messages.

Display attached images
This will display attached images in the message body.

Enable advanced thread options
Select whether you want Web-Based Email to enable the "Thread View" option.

Enable advanced index options
Select whether you want Web-Based Email to enable the advanced index options (i.e., "Long Listing"/"Short Listing" and "Show"/"Hide" 'To' Column").

Enable email source option
This option allows you to view a particular email in HTML source mode. Selecting this option adds a Source column to your inbox.

On Delete, do not send to Trash folder, delete immediately.
This option allows you to immediately delete email messages, as opposed to having them go to the Trash folder. If selected, you will not be able to recover deleted email messages.

Msgs / Page
This option allows you to decide the max number of messages shown on a mailbox page.

Max messages (Show All)
Determines the max number of messages displayed when the "Show All" option is selected.

Enable second toolbar with these items
This option allows you to create a toolbar containing the selected items. The available options to include in the secondary toolbar are those items listed in the Apply This Action drop-down list. The second toolbar display under the main toolbar.

Use full-time SSL mode
This option allows you to enable or disable full-time secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption on your Web-Based Email account. Activating the full-time SSL mode improves the mail-account security. However, because the encryption and decryption processes may cause pages to take longer to render, the increased security comes at the expense of speed.
