Blacklists and whitelists allow Web-Based Email users to build their own lists of email addresses and domains from which they never want to receive email and always want to receive email, respectively. Blacklisted mail is treated as spam and automatically routed to the "Bulk Mail" folder. Whitelisted mail is always allowed to pass through the spam filter and arrive at the inbox.
